The concept comes from the idea of speed and car tail lights that can be seen in long exposure photography.

Extensive retouching has been carried out on this project, from cleaning every single dust spectacle, correcting manufacturing errors to shaping the bottle to be geometrically perfect. A short breakdown can be seen in the gif below.
This is the original image, as you can see, a lot of dust can build up on the acrylic table as well as on the bottle no matter how often you blow it away with a camera cleaning kit.

Light painting techniques have been utilized to achieve the light streaks resembling car tail lights.

The lightstreaks were shaped heavily in post. They were fully reconstructed in photoshop to allow for quick changes after rounds of potential client reviews from shape, color, feathering to number and relative distance of the streaks.
Using smoke came into consideration. However it was declined because the composition would be too crowded and the consumer might think that the product smells like exhaust fumes which would be undesirable.
